Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, customs processing).


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Select international destinations

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real time.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Customs policies vary; please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.


6. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing times

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at avyuktllc@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at avyuktllc@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or your order is missing items:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product(s).

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at avyuktllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
    We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
