1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Non-returnable items include:

Clearance or final sale items (if marked as “Final Sale”)
2. How to Request a Return

Photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

Once your return is approved and the original item is received, we’ll ship the replacement (subject to availability).

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
